Shaded sections along the river — good for both Rue and Frankie. Park at Quarry Reserve (next to the rotunda) for easy access.
Quarry Reserve parkingOne of Victoria's oldest regional gardens, established 1858. Magnificent old elms, cedars, sequoias, and rare oaks. Flat paths, very gentle walking. Beautiful even for a quick wander through.

Designated off-leash area from the corner through to Pyke Street. Good option if you're heading to Woodend for Holgate Brewhouse.
